The management structure of KDH Management is supported by a network of people with passion and dedication to the industry.

Kevin (Clarrie) Harrison – Director

LD19-0879Drawing on more than 20 years experience in hospitality venue management, marketing and operations, Clarrie is expert in the operation and management of tourism and hospitality venues. He foundered KDH Management Pty Ltd in 2001 with the aim of establishing a professional management service company providing services to owners of tourist/holiday/caravan parks and hospitality venues. Since that time the company has provided professional venue management services for various property owners.

His experience spans all aspects of hotel, accommodation and tourist/holiday/caravan park operations including food and beverage operations, accommodation operations, gaming operations, merchandising, stock control, financial management, marketing and human resource management.

He has held management positions with leading companies including Coles Myer, Carlton United Breweries, ALH, Austotel and Australian Tourist Parks Management. Clarrie holds qualifications in the workplace health and safety, responsible service of alcohol, first aid and gaming. He holds a Certificate in Business Management and has attended various professional management training seminars.

Donna Harrison – Director

LD19-0979-2Drawing on more than 20 years experience in retail and hospitality venue operation, including venue management, marketing and operations, Donna is expert in the operation and management of retail, tourism and hospitality venues.

She is the co-founder of KDH Management Pty Ltd in 2001 with the aim of providing professional venue management services to owners of tourist/holiday/caravan parks and hospitality venues. Since that time the company has provided professional venue management services for various property owners.

Her experience spans all aspects of hotel, accommodation and tourist/holiday/caravan park operations including food and beverage operations, accommodation operations, gaming operations, merchandising, stock control, financial management, marketing and human resource management.

She has held senior positions with ALH, Australian Tourist Park Management, Austotel and various retailers. Donna holds qualifications in workplace health and safety, responsible service of alcohol, human resources and gaming. Donna holds a Diploma of Business Management and has attended various professional management training seminars.

Michelle Montgomery – Executive Assistant to the Directors

LD19-0912Michelle holds a Bachelor of Business with majors in Hotel Management and Marketing. Her experience spans multiple aspects of the hospitality industry including food and beverage operations, accommodation operations and marketing.

Since graduating from Griffith University in December 2008, she has worked a six month contract for Walt Disney World in the United States of America. Upon her return to Australia, Michelle commenced her employment as a valuable KDH team member.

Whilst initially employed with KDH in 2009 as the marketing and promotions manager, Michelle has expanded her job role and now fulfils more of an executive assistant position for KDH Directors. As executive assistant, Michelle shares various managerial roles including overseeing the general running of parks and organising promotional activities. Michelle plays a large role in the human resources sector, developing and implementing KDH policies and procedures and improving the level of staff competence/service in our parks. Michelle’s commitment and passion of the industry and KDH itself, shows a promising career within the group.
